Event Description - 3rd Annual Cocktails & Appetizers 101

The La Salle Alumni Association invites you to the 3rd Annual Cocktails & Appetizers 101. Chef Brian Quinn (La Salle parent) and Ken Hoyt will show you how to create fun appetizers and cocktails at your next party! Class will be in session on Thursday, February 11 at 7:00 p.m. in the La Salle Cafeteria. Tuition is $25 for general admission and $40 for reserved seating.

Back again: Come to the Head of the Class! Reserve your seat at the front of the classroom with a $40 ticket. Only 12 seats are available for Head of the Class and 100 seats available overall. When they're gone...they're gone!

This year's Fat Tuesday themed event will feature many food and beverage staples of New Orleans culture.

21 years & older. No refunds. This is a casual attire event.
